USES
Photo Friday may reject or remove any ad for any reason. For removed ads, in lieu of modification and reinstatement, Photo Friday will reimburse the Advertiser the prorated balance of impressions not served.

NO GUARANTEE
We make no guarantee regarding the level of impressions for any ad or the timing of delivery of any impressions for any ad displayed on Photo Friday. While we do absolutely everything possible to keep Photo Friday online and accessible 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, we cannot guarantee that there won't be outages. Your ad(s) may not be displayed if technical issues prevent the functioning of the advertising software.

NO WARRANTY
We make no warranty, express or implied, with respect to advertising and other services, of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.

PAYMENT
You agree to pay all applicable charges and acknowledge that your ad(s) will not begin service until all charges have been paid in full.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your ad at any time and request a refund of the prorated balance of impressions not yet served.

COMMUNICATION
By creating an advertiser account on Photo Friday you agree to receive email from Photo Friday when communication is necessary, such as when problems with your account, campaign(s), the site, or the advertising software require notification to you or other users. Photo Friday, in turn, agrees to only communicate with you when it's absolutely necessary. We don't send spam. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
